Starting with a Personal Consultation based on our Catering Questionnaire, we discuss your vision and follow up by presenting each client with a Custom Proposal, building confidence that your special event is our special event.
Our Cuisine- The Pan-African Concept
Pan-African cuisine takes inspiration from the cuisine and agriculture of the African Diaspora. Through our history, travel and research we explore our culinary reach within and beyond the continent, into its far flung influences in Caribbean, Latin, Southern, and Mediterranean cuisines- adding a modern flair along the way. Utilizing solid technique and authentic ingredients we offer our clients a fusion of sweet and savory delicacies bursting with purposeful flavor.
