Last Memorial Day 2015, I had the extreme pleasure to shoot an episode of Holy and Hungry for the Cooking Channel! It was such an amazing time chatting it up with host, Sherri Shepherd! She was a blast 🙂
We enjoyed making one of my favorite recipes together, Salt Cod Tostones! It was the funniest thing because everyone got tongue-twisted saying the name of that recipe! Talk about a tongue-twister! LOL. It was such an amazing time, starting from the phone call, to the Skype casting, to the deliveries of amazing ingredients from The Food Network! Needless to say, I was TOTALLY geeked out. Maybe it doesn’t take much?
