1. What types of events does Dining With Grace cater to?

Dining With Grace caters to a wide range of events, including galas and fundraisers, corporate meetings, weddings, and social events.  Whether you're hosting a small intimate 40th birthday dinner, a micro-wedding, or a large-scale media premier event, we tailor our services to meet your specific needs.  Our experience has mostly been in the range of 50 to 800 guests.  

2. What regions do you serve for catering?

We are based in Brooklyn, NY but we serve far beyond.   We are seamlessly able to cater events in our base of New York City and extended regions upstate.  Other locations include NJ, CT, MA, DMV, TX, FL & CA.  Ask us about catering your lifetime event in the local or global location of your dreams! 

3. How far in advance should I book catering for my event?

We recommend booking catering services with Dining With Grace as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons, July- October.   At a minimum, we recommend 90 days advance booking.  

However, we know some of life’s best moments come quickly!  Do you have 30 days or less?  Contact us to discuss your event details and pending availability, our team will work with you to accommodate your schedule.

4. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests?

Yes, we pride ourselves on accommodating various palates, dietary restrictions, and preferences. Whether you require vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other specific options, our culinary team can customize menus to suit your needs. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when discussing your event.

5. What is included in your catering packages?

The menu depends on the event.  For most weddings, our catering packages typically include a selection of hors d’oeuvres, a first course, 2-3 main courses w/sides and desserts.  Bar/beverage services are available.  We also provide professional service staff, necessary equipment, and setup/cleanup services to ensure a seamless experience. Other fees include rentals, delivery, a 15% administrative fee, and local taxes.  

6. Can you assist with event planning and setup?

Absolutely! Beyond providing delicious food, Dining With Grace offers event planning assistance/coordination, decor recommendations, and logistical support. Our goal is to help you create a memorable and stress-free event.  We will work with our highly esteemed team of partners to make sure every detail of your event is professionally managed and executed.  

7. How does the ordering and delivery process work?

Once you've selected your menu and finalized details with our catering team, we'll handle all aspects of food preparation, delivery, and setup according to your event timeline. Our experienced staff ensures that your food arrives fresh and beautifully presented.

8. What are your payment terms?

Payment terms vary depending on the size and nature of your event. We typically require a deposit upon booking to secure your date, with final payment due 7 days prior to event date. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

10. Do you provide tastings for prospective clients?

Yes, Dining With Grace offers tastings for prospective clients who are planning larger events such as weddings or corporate gatherings. Tastings require a non-refundable deposit and allow you to sample our cuisine and discuss menu options before making your final decision. Contact us to schedule a tasting session.

11. Is there a minimum for Drop off Catering?   

Our minimum order for Drop-off Catering is $500.  Other fees include delivery, 15% admin fee and local taxes 

12. How far in advance do I have to book or order? 

For drop-off catering we recommend booking no less than 7-14 days in advance.
