Our focus on authentic and innovative cultural cuisines, creates a unique culinary space where treasured traditions marries effortlessly with modern expressions. Our goal is to create flavorful and memorable dining experiences to excite children of all ages!

WHAT IS PAN-AFRICAN CUISINE? 

Inspired by her Nigerian heritage, Chef Grace draws inspiration from the cuisines of Africa, exploring it’s culinary reach in the Diaspora within & beyond the continent. Our cuisine draws inspiration from the Caribbean islands, Latin America, South America, Mediterranean & tropical cuisines, Soul Food, Creole & Cajun cuisines- adding a deliciously modern and global flair along the way! 

We love exploring the creative use of spices, roots, tropical fruits, legumes and herbs to elevate the nutrition and flavor of our dishes, naturally.

Our culinary work is truly informed by you- our clients, our world and our experiences. From all this, we consider one thing: your maximum dining enjoyment with cultural connections. Our dedicated research, international travel, dining and lifelong learning makes it a pleasure to discover new ways to entertain through the art of food.

In our cuisine, we appreciate the cultural techniques and flavors of traditional cookery whilst utilizing our classic culinary training to inform our overall process and presentation. Executive Chef/Owner, Grace Odogbili is inspired by the ingredient-driven nature, presentation and seasonality of Californian cuisine.

We believe in one level of cuisine-The Best. From utilizing grass-fed and heirloom meats, when available, to natural spice blends and seasonal local produce, we love creating with and offering the best.

We truly enjoy curating one -of-a-kind menus! No matter what part of the world your menu dreams are inspired by, we can bring a touch of home right where you are. We are happy to serve the idealist.  Do you love White Castle sliders? No judgement! We have our own amazing version (with grass-fed beef, no less) that you must try!
